SEBI has provided format   for   compliance   report   on   Corporate   Governance to be   submitted to Stock Exchange (s) by Listed Entities under Regulation   27(2)   of   Securities   and   Exchange   Board   of   India (Listing   Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)   Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) via circular dated September 24, 2015. Annexure I of the Circular provides the Format of Compliance Report to be submitted by listed companies on quarterly basis. Annexure II of the Circular provides the Format of Compliance Report to be submitted by the listed entity at the end of the financial year (for the whole of financial year). MCA has notified  Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Second Amendment Rules, 2015 dated 15th September, 2015. Now the private Companies has allowed by the Central government to take money from the relative of the Directors of the Company, Provided at the time of giving the money, a declaration in writing to the effect that the amount is not being given out of funds acquired by him by borrowing or accepting loans or deposits from others and the company shall disclose the details of money so accepted in the Board's report. http://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/Amendement_Rules_15092015.pdf
