FORMAT FOR COMPLIANCE REPORT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TO BE SUBMITTED TO STOCK EXCHANGE (S) BY LISTED ENTITIES
SEBI has provided format for compliance report on Corporate Governance to be submitted to Stock Exchange (s) by Listed Entities under Regulation 27(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) via circular dated September 24, 2015. Annexure I of the Circular provides the Format of Compliance Report to be submitted by listed companies on quarterly basis. Annexure II of the Circular provides the Format of Compliance Report to be submitted by the listed entity at the end of the financial year (for the whole of financial year).
