Delegation of Power to appoint inspectors for inspection of books and papers of the Company under Companies Act, 2013 by the Central Government

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 458 of the Companies Act, 2013 Central Government has delegated the power to appoint inspectors for inspection of books and papers of a Company under Section (5) of Section 206 to the regional directors.

Appointment of Share transfer Agent Regulation 7 of SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS,2015

As per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a listed entity is required to appoint a share transfer agent or manage the share transfer facility in-house.
