Mandatory Requirement to Disclose PAN of Company in Form MGT-7

As per the Companies (Management and Administration) Second Amendment Rules, 2015 dated 24th September, 2015, now its mandatory to disclose the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the Company in the Form MGT-7 for Annual return.

Appointment of Share transfer Agent Regulation 7 of SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS,2015

As per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a listed entity is required to appoint a share transfer agent or manage the share transfer facility in-house.
